The project was delivered for Sun-Tech Mechanical Components Company Limited.

Published size: floor area of 15,000 m², site of 3 ha, 450 t of steel.

Under design and build, one team coordinated design and construction, shortening the path from concept to handover and limiting changes between the two stages.

Members were produced in Vietnam and delivered straight to site, which keeps erection on schedule and makes site adjustments quick to handle.
