Overview
HDPE pipe (PE80, PE100) resists impact, ground settlement and chemical corrosion, and fusion welds create a leak-free continuous line. Twin-wall corrugated pipe serves large buried drainage.
Weld quality depends on the machine, temperature, pressure and time per procedure; welders need training. HDPE expands a lot with temperature, which must be allowed for above ground.

Selection and acceptance checks
