Overview
Trapezoidal sheet is roll-formed from coated or pre-painted coil; rib height and pitch vary by maker. It is fixed with self-drilling screws with EPDM washers through the crest (roofs) or the pan (walls).
Weathertightness needs the minimum roof slope for the profile, enough side and end laps, correctly torqued screws and proper flashings and gutters. Glass wool or reflective foil insulation can be added underneath.
