Project overview
Kanata is an industrial project in Myanmar (Burma), built with steel structures that World Steel Group fabricated in Vietnam and exported in 2019. Scope: Design, manufacture and supply steel structures.
World Steel Group’s role
World Steel Group delivered the steel structure: shop drawings, fabrication of the members at the factory, and inspection of welds and coatings before dispatch, to the project drawings and standards.
For export projects, members are fabricated and inspected in Vietnam, marked to the erection drawings, packed for sea freight and shipped with the technical documents the erection team in Myanmar (Burma) needs.
