Job description
Build 3D steel models and issue shop and erection drawings for the factory and the sites.
Key responsibilities
- Model steel structures in Tekla Structures from the design documents.
- Issue shop drawings, erection drawings and material lists.
- Run clash checks and coordinate models with other disciplines.
- Keep the model up to date with design changes.
Requirements
- College or university degree in construction or mechanical engineering.
- Fluent in Tekla Structures; Revit and Navisworks are a plus.
- Understanding of steel fabrication and erection.
- Careful, accurate and a good team player.
