Job description
Take off quantities and prepare estimates and quotations for factory projects.
Key responsibilities
- Take off steel, bolts, cladding and accessories from drawings.
- Estimate fabrication, transport and erection costs.
- Prepare quotation files with the sales team.
- Track material prices and keep the price database up to date.
Requirements
- University degree in construction economics or civil engineering.
- Experience estimating steel structures or factories.
- Fluent in Excel and drawing viewers.
- Good with numbers and careful.
