Job description
Assess, select and manage erection, cladding and foundation subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Run tenders, compare bids and recommend subcontractors.
- Draft and follow subcontracts.
- Assess subcontractor performance regularly.
- Coordinate payments against approved quantities.
Requirements
- University degree in construction or construction economics.
- Experience managing subcontracts.
- Understanding of tendering.
- Well organised.
