Job description
Lead steel erection and building envelope works on factory projects.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and control the schedule and erection method statements.
- Manage labour, subcontractors and equipment on site.
- Ensure safety and quality of the works.
- Work with the client, the supervising consultant and handover inspections.
Requirements
- University degree in construction.
- Experience as site manager on steel or industrial buildings.
- A relevant practising certificate is a plus.
- Willing to work on project sites.
