Overview
Conventional systems work by zones; addressable systems identify each device and suit large factories and towers. Panels have mains and standby batteries for the required duration.
The panel is the interface hub: it releases gas suppression, drops fire curtains, starts pressurisation fans, homes lifts to the exit level and isolates power according to the approved cause-and-effect matrix.
Uses
- 01Factories, warehouses and industrial parks
- 02Towers, hotels and offices
- 03Data centres and electrical rooms
- 04Interfaces with fire and BMS systems
Selection and acceptance checks
- Check fire inspection certificates for panel and devices
- Test the full cause-and-effect at acceptance
- Check battery standby duration
