Overview
Systems range from thin roller coats that seal dust to self-levelling layers a few millimetres thick. Epoxy floors are common in electronics plants and warehouses; PU-cement resists thermal shock and chemicals, suiting food and beverage plants.
The concrete must be strong enough, dry and ground or shot-blasted for profile. Cleanrooms and electronics areas may need anti-static floors with a specified resistance.
